Brace 4 Beauty is a stylish dental office designed by Dr. Debi Strand, a general dentist, who is limiting her practice to adult cosmetic braces.  Located in Naples, Florida, our spacious and modern office is designed to make you feel comfortable and relaxed.  Using the newest advancements in dental technology allows us to provide a more efficient way to straighten and whiten teeth.

This is not your typical dental office; every effort is made to give you an enjoyable dental office experience.  We work carefully with you and take a personal interest in providing a smile that you will be proud to show off.

Brace 4 Beauty currently consists of two active employees, Dr. Debi Strand and Pam Pershing.  Many other people have been instrumental in the startup of Brace 4 Beauty.  A special thanks goes out to all the friends and family members who have contributed their time and efforts to making Brace 4 Beauty what it is today.

Scott Carter Foundation

Nancy_photo450Thank you Nancy Burnette Fowler for enlightening us about the Scott Carter Foundation and the wonderful work that you do!  Scott Carter was a 13-year old boy who died in December of 1993 after a courageous three-year battle with bone cancer. During the duration of his illness, he put together a remarkable collection of sports and celebrity memorabilia which he called “Scott Carter’s Heroes”. His dream was to display the collection for the enjoyment of the public and to raise money for children’s cancer research.

The Scott Carter Foundation was formed to help make Scott’s dream a reality. Over the last 15 years, the foundation has raised more than $1 million through donations and fund raising events including an annual golf tournament.

The foundation has funded more than nine two-year research fellowships at institutions including M.D. Anderson, Huntsman Cancer Institute, Texas Children’s Hospital, Children’s Hospital of Denver, University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles, Duke University Medical Center and Duke University Children’s Hospital.

Honor Flight Presentation

Honor Flight Presentation

Dr. Strand and her colleagues have just established an Honor Flight hub in SWFL and we wish them much success. We look forward to hearing about developments for Honor Flight and will post these items on the blog.

This is so important to send out awareness to everyone to let them know what Honor Flight is, and to get our WWII veterans on the flight to Washington DC for the day before they pass away!  The flight is free to the Veterans.  We will need lots of support to include finding the WWII veterans, guardians, and support to send off and welcome home the vets as well as write letters.
